Theatre
Lochside Theatre is a professionally equipped theatre in the heart of South-West Scotland. The theatre has a policy to provide a varied programme which suits the needs of the community. Lochside Theatre has become a popular venue for theatre companies and dance troupes from both Europe and North America.

Music
Music to suit many tastes can be heard at the Lochside Theatre Castle Douglas. With professional lighting used to its full potential the atmosphere of these performances can be captured with many of the performers using the gallery images to enhance their own websites.

Nature
This gallery gives a taste of the flora and wildlife found in abundance throughout the rural areas of Dumfries and Galloway in the South-West of Scotland. Birds, butterflies, flowers, trees and farm animals can be found in this section.

A gallery of seascapes, landscapes, castles, local places of interest and historical buildings seen while out walking on many of the well marked out coastal and countryside walks available along the Solway Firth looking on to the English coast and woodland areas in the Dumfries and Galloway region of Scotland.
